The contents of the Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy Handbook are approved and endorsed by the Cardiovascular Subcommittee of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. The Handbook is intended to be used as a tool to aid in the appropriate prescribing and administration of cardiovascular formulary agents.
